What You’ll Do:
* Engage in the CND Bid Toolkit Process: Actively participate and contribute to our bid strategies.
* Craft Compelling Content: Develop executive summaries, technical narratives, and more to showcase CND’s strengths.
* Framework Administration: Own the process to ensure timely renewals and submissions.
* Identify New Opportunities: Help us find and assess new frameworks to expand our reach.
* Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a strong focus on customer service while working independently and collaboratively.
* Lead Bid Processes: Administer, coordinate, and manage resources for bid submissions.
* Communication Hub: Interface between leadership and the broader organization to ensure smooth operations.
* Maintain Our Bid Content Library: Keep our resources up-to-date and organized.
* Support Documentation Development: Create and update consultant bios, case studies, and certification information.
* Governance Compliance: Ensure all bid documentation meets internal governance requirements.
* Continuous Improvement: Implement feedback to refine future bid strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in a similar role.
* Exceptional Communication Skills: Both verbal and written.
