We’re looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager working within the probate market to join ZEDRA, an international provider of Active Wealth, Corporate Services & Global Expansion, Pensions & Incentives and Fund Solutions.
The Business Development Manager will drive revenue through the growth of a network of institutional client introducers. You will be supported in your role by a dedicated and experienced bereavement team who will work with you to deliver to your introducers an excellent client information and onboarding service.
We have an established and highly experienced Probate Team who will ensure delivery of quality client service in the cases secured through leads from your introducers.
As well as working with your current network of institutional client introducers we have our own extensive network of Independent Financial Advisors and other introducers that can be introduced to you to develop.
Key Accountabilities
* Prospect and engage new partners in order to grow the institutional client introducers and individual client probate referrals of the business as well as across the product range of the Company.
* Provide training and development sessions to partner firms and their staff.
* Act as a Relationship Manager for institutional client introducers and a main point of contact for their queries.
* Drive revenue of new business, building and extending key relationships.
* Work collaboratively with the Bereavement and Probate Team to meet your introducer clients’ requirements and ensure a smooth referral process.
* Be innovative and introduce new services and new methods of delivery for services in collaboration with other members of staff.
Knowledge & Experience
* At least 5 years’ experience in business development within the probate market
* Have an existing network of institutions including Independent Financial Advisors, Banks and Building Societies etc.
* Excellent relationship management and rapport building skills
* Be a team player, working collaboratively with others to achieve the best results and provide the best service
* Be self-motivated, entrepreneurial and focused on exceeding targets and goals
* Is flexible and professional when working under time driven pressures
* Have excellent prioritisation and time management skills
