Why Pug Pubs?
People: Our teams have so much love for each other, which shines within each of the sites. The support and care within the teams lead to a big dysfunctional family, and it works.
Events: Create, organize & host your own nights in the pub. We give our teams the creative freedom to plan events for their guests.
Pugstock: Every year we hold our own street party where we close the road, put up a stage, and have a massive summer party!
The Pug Talent: Our team members come from all kinds of backgrounds and we give each skill an opportunity to shine.
We grow together: All our Managers & Business Team have started as Bartenders and worked their way up.
Build your own Team: Refer friends and invite other talent into the family, and you will be financially rewarded for the introduction.
Diversity: We love your individual style and welcome anyone who is naturally hospitable.
Work/Life balance: All our teams do no more than 45 hours a week. We appreciate keeping work & life separate, but we will always be there to listen & help where we can.
The Support Team: We have a Business Team who have all come from the bar, so any issues you come up against, you can be sure help is on the way!
Festivals: Welcome to the Travelling Pug, a 5-ton Army Truck, fully equipped with 12 beer taps & a cellar system.
Incentives: All our team members are given goals throughout the year; smash your target and you’ll be off to Scotland for whiskey tasting with the other winners!
Don’t get Hangry: We provide our team with a staff meal and a proper break!
Live-in: For those who might need a hand with their living arrangements, most of our pubs have some accommodation.
