Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
* Assist customers with queries relating to mortgages, loans, and related financial products
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
* Educate customers on our products, services, and policies
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a customer-facing role
* Background in financial services and lending products is desirable
* CeMAP qualification (or currently working towards it) is preferred
* Experience in a call centre environment is advantageous but not essential
