Join our team at Terex and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Quality Inspector to contribute to the Terex Dungannon Quality team.

Position: Quality Inspector
Location: Dungannon
Reporting to: Quality Manager
Hours of Wor k: 39 hours per week, working 06.30am – 4.45pm Monday – Thursday
What you will do
You will play a pivotal role within the Quality Team and will be responsible for Quality inspection, reporting, control for finished machines and sub-assemblies manufactured by Terex Dungannon and its’ sub-contract partners.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. Final run and test of machines.
2. PDI report out meetings.
3. PDI reports and other associated paperwork.
4. Internal auditing.
5. Routine inspection of internally & externally fabricated parts.
6. Actively address quality concerns on a day-to-day basis.
7. Responsibility to escalate any on-going issues.
8. Dispatch record data updated to pulse – engine, serial number, DR’s etc.
9. Check all production paperwork for machine is completed.
10. Showing dealers and suppliers around machines when required.
11. Supporting in quality investigations as required.
What you will bring
12. Basic computer skills
13. Good teamwork and communication skills
14. Good awareness of health and safety
15. Ability to create clear handwritten reports
Desirable Criteria
16. Knowledge of Terex machines.
17. Experience in continuous improvement.
18. Electrical experience.
19. Hydraulic experience
