Receptionist (part-time) Salary of £24,253.65 FTE (£9,701.46 part-time) BBF Limited Hull, Humberside Thursday's & Friday's 8am-4pm (option of earlier start times) We are current recruiting a Receptionist to be site-based at our Hull site on a part-time, permanent basis. Who are we looking for? We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient office operations by providing excellent customer service, handling administrative tasks, and supporting our team in various capacities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a welcoming demeanour, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a large and fast-paced environment. The role of Receptionist at BBF Provide the first point of contact for visitors and telephone enquiries ensuring the application of health and safety practices and positively presenting the image of the Group Book travel and accommodation in accordance with business requirements Prepare and print documents, standard reports and minutes/meeting notes in response to requests from teams across the location Co-ordinate room booking and refreshments for meetings following the direction given by functional teams/budget holders Ordering of stationery and supplies for teams across the location to ensure that all necessary resources/logistics are available when required Who are BBF Limited?
