Job Description
* Identify potential clients via warm leads and conduct appropriate research on the prospective client's business needs
* Develop relationships with prospective clients (warm leads), while maintaining existing client relationships
* Create and present a detailed, cost-effective business solution to the potential client
* Collaborate with the sales team to secure, retain, and grow accounts
* Meet and strive to exceed sales quotas
* Track and report metrics through CRM system
* Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customers' dedication
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temp Business Development Executive should have:
* 2 year experience within Business Development or Telesales
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
* Experience with CRM software
* A strong understanding of the sales process
* Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
