Job Description
* Processing stock invoices and credit notes.
* Reconciliation of supplier statements.
* Managing the purchase ledger inbox.
* Responding to supplier queries promptly and professionally.
* Assisting the team with general Purchase Ledger duties.
* Collaborating with other members of the Accounting & Finance team.
* Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should have:
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in financial software applications.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
