The role would involve developing innovative learning interventions tailored to meet the needs of individual children, and effectively planning and teaching intervention lessons that support children to meet their full potential. The ideal candidate will: hold a level 2 qualification in English (or equivalent); have excellent oral and written communication skills; be able to help plan and deliver a range of interventions; be committed to high expectations for achievements and behaviour; and be able to work effectively as part of a committed and inclusive team.
