This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Commercialisation Team As a core member of the Team, you will work closely with your Commercialisation colleagues on joint projects as well as being the sole lead on others. The role holder will work cross functionally across pladis sites and regions. Right first time and World Class execution is a core objective and deliverable. What will this role achieve? Commercialisation covers 4 key areas: process enablement cross-functional integration risk mitigation project portfolio consolidation This role is responsible for the management and delivery of pack changes, low complexity projects, in addition to ad hoc reporting, raising PO’s, budget and admin support and market benchmarking Projects are varied across both the Brand and Own Label portfolios within pladis. The initiatives, over the breadth of project sources which come into the team for implementation. E.g. Innovation, marketing, procurement, supply chain, productivity, Own Label. Externally, collaboration with agencies, printers, Customers and pladis chosen artwork and originations provider. Responsible for ensuring that all key partners, are engaged and are aware of project status, progress, risks and issues in a timely manner. What will be your key deliverables ? Accountable for the end-to-end artwork process from briefing to packaging delivery Ensure artwork delivery timelines are clearly defined and adhered to by all relevant stakeholders Accurate tracking across all live artwork projects and appropriate risk escalation when required Ensure accurate system set up and maintenance of key project data to support project launches Ensure the accuracy and integrity of artwork data Work in partnership with Marketing, Regulatory, Packaging R&D, repro agency and suppliers to ensure artwork and packaging delivered within quality and time KPIs Work cross-functionally to manage transition from old > new packaging, mitigating write-off cost Maintain, update and improve briefing and tracking documentation to ensure best-in-class artwork Lead cross functional meetings as required to ensure project deliverables on track What do you need for this role? Essential Proven Project Management experience Knowledge of print design and packaging processes Strong communication skills and team working Excellent prioritisation & planning skills is important Attention to detail. Issue resolution and building recommendations.
