Area Manager (Optical) Covering Cheshire, Leamington & Oxfordshire Salary up to £45k £3k car allowance Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists have an exciting and new role to the business for an Optical Area Manager to cover Cheshire, Leamington and Oxfordshire. The successful Optical Area Manager will lead and support your Practice Managers to deliver our client journey and obsessively great service, and moreover the budgeted sales for the area. Within the role you will be responsible for driving sales / business performance and ensuring all KPI targets and profit objectives are delivered across an area of practices. You will ensure service levels are of a high standard to drive our client feedback scores and work closely with our resource planning team to identify opportunities for growth and manage costs accordingly.
