Key Duties will include Monitor and reply to online requests Development of social media and website branding and advertising Research opportunities to further improve marketing channels and business exposure Social media and website optimisation and analysis Training on GDPR and how to apply this to the firm's marketing Working with the sales team to prepare quotations Answering calls from customers and providers Calling live leads that come into the business Monitoring warm leads Skills and experiences needed Competence in using social media platforms Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner The ability to develop strong working relationships with people of all levels Be able to concentrate on long tasks without being easily distracted IT literacy A passion for ongoing personal development
