Uno Hotels is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Cluster Hotel Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives across multiple properties within the Uno Hotels portfolio. This role is critical in driving revenue through strategic sales efforts, fostering relationships with key clients, and ensuring optimal occupancy and revenue performance for all cluster hotels. Key Responsibilities Sales and Business Development Develop and execute cluster-wide sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets for Uno Hotels’ portfolio. Identify and target business opportunities across various market segments, including corporate, leisure, group, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events). Conduct market research to identify regional trends, competitive positioning, and opportunities for Uno Hotels. Proactively generate and qualify leads, arrange site visits, and deliver tailored presentations for prospective clients across all properties. Cluster Coordination and Revenue Management Collaborate with the sales teams at each property within the cluster to align strategies, share leads, and maximize cross-property opportunities. Monitor and maintain rate parity and pricing strategies across the cluster to ensure optimal revenue generation. Ensure consistent adherence to Uno Hotels’ sales policies, standards, and brand guidelines across all properties. Client Relationship Management Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and other stakeholders. Act as the main point of contact for multi-property agreements and cluster-level client relationships. Deliver customized solutions to clients while ensuring a seamless experience across multiple properties within the cluster. Performance Monitoring and Reporting Analyze and report on sales performance for the cluster, providing regular updates to senior management. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each property and provide actionable recommendations to achieve goals. Stay informed on competitor activities and market trends, adjusting strategies to maintain Uno Hotels’ competitive edge. Collaboration and Marketing Partner with Uno Hotels’ marketing team to design promotional campaigns, seasonal packages, and offers for the cluster. Work closely with the revenue management team to create pricing strategies tailored to market demand and individual property needs. Collaborate with operations teams at each property to ensure smooth delivery of services, group bookings, and special events. Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 2 years in a multi-property or cluster role. Proven success in driving revenue and managing client relationships across multiple hotels. Skills and Competencies Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM tools, multi-property property management systems (PMS), and Microsoft Office Suite. Expertise in market segmentation, pricing strategies, and sales techniques specific to cluster operations. Preferred Qualifications Experience in cluster-level sales for branded or independent hotels, preferably within a regional or national market. Certification in Sales or Hospitality (e.g., Certified Hospitality Sales Professional - CHSP). Familiarity with the Uno Hotels brand and operations is a plus.
