This is an office-based role which requires you to be on site 5 days per week. Please consider your commute, time and costs from your location to the office which is based just over 10 miles from Silverstone Circuit.
Position Overview:
We are looking for two CRM Marketing Executives to join our expanding team. Reporting to the CRM Manager, you'll execute direct-to-customer marketing campaigns for Memento Exclusives and our partner websites. The CRM Marketing Executive is responsible for the day-to-day build of best-in-class email communications, taking responsibility for assigned sports retail verticals, segments and audiences; ensuring that email activity effectively supports the wider business's goals.
This includes managing customer data, analysing customer interactions, and working closely with the CRM Manager and other departments to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Email Delivery:
* Ensure a calendar of email activity in your assigned sports vertical is maintained and successful, taking responsibility for the quality of everything dispatched.
* Actively building campaigns on our CRM platform in-line and coordinating with wider marketing team and goals.
* Work to the database growth programme set by the CRM Manager.
* Contribute to campaigns that improve customer engagement and retention.
* Ensure the CRM system in your assigned vertical provides an effective sales funnel and customer journey.
Data Management and Analysis:
* Help to review and report on collection, segmentation, and analysis of customer data in your assigned vertical.
* Support the CRM Manager with generation of reports and provide insights to inform business decisions.
* Monitor and analyse customer behaviour and market trends.
Customer Engagement:
* Support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Manage customer feedback and ensure timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues.
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to contribute to cohesive and targeted campaigns.
Experience of working on CRM platforms such as Klaviyo is desirable.
