Office Administrator
Location: Dual offices in Huntingdon & St Ives (you will be required to work at both locations)
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (OFFICE BASED)
Salary: up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience
Benefits: 20 days holiday + bank holidays and standard pension.
Duration: Permanent

We need a robust Administrator to manage facilities, streamline HR and recruitment processes, enhance onboarding experiences, tackle IT challenges, and keep service levels top-notch.

Duties:
1. Oversee the management of office facilities
2. Coordinate space planning, floor plans, and desk allocations
3. Assist with HR queries and handle sensitive information discreetly
4. Manage the onboarding process for new hires
5. Address IT issues with external IT service providers
6. Regularly review and improve service levels to ensure high-quality support
7. Liaise with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of external services
8. Review and negotiate existing contracts
About you:
1. Office administration and facilities management experience
2. Strong organisational and prioritisation capabilities
3. Excellent verbal and written communication
4. Familiarity with HR processes and confidential data handling
5. Effective problem-solving skills
