We are looking for a Receptionist to join our clients team in Glasgow. This role is part of the Facilities Management team and will involve front-of-house duties, administration tasks, and supporting site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming visitors and handling reception duties professionally
* Answering and directing calls in a polite and efficient manner
* Managing meeting room bookings and setting up events
* Supporting facilities management, including liaising with contractors
* Handling administration tasks such as reports, record-keeping, and audits
* Assisting with site operations, including security, maintenance coordination, and car park management
About You:
* Previous reception or administration experience preferred
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A full UK driving licence is essential, as some travel may be required
