At Aspris Children's Services, we are searching for the right person to join and lead our home in Hereford through the next exciting phase of its development.
This is a fantastic role and opportunity to shape and change the lives of children and young people in a safe, caring, loving and family environment. We are looking for someone to be the spark, utilising the support of the wider Aspris Group to develop and inspire both our staff and children to achieve their full potential.
Grosvenor House is registered children's home for up to 5 young people of either gender from the age of 14 to 19. We believe our home is a special place where we can enhance the daily living experiences and activities for our children and young people. These experiences are meaningful and memorable and are designed to meet the needs of individual children in areas that are personal to them.
You can be part of something special!
As part of Aspris, we are dedicated to enhancing the life opportunities of the children and young people within our homes, and always celebrate uniqueness and diversity. We need an inspiring manager, someone who will lead the team and use their experience and innovation to plan activities and create those wonderful life opportunities for every young person, taking into account each individual's needs.
This home is part of a large children's group with a national footprint offering significant development, support and progression opportunities. We also operate a fostering service and a number of high-quality specialist schools in both the UK and the Middle East.
