HR Officer - Maternity Cover We are recruiting for an HR Officer on a temporary basis for a leading trailer manufacturer across England and NI & ROI. The successful candidate will be going into a busy team to deliver a top standard HR delivery practice. This role will be located in Toomebridge with opportunities to travel to different sites occasionally. Full Description Top Things to Know About this Job: Located in Toomebridge Maternity cover - 12 month period Salary of up to £32k Early finish on a friday Competitive salary with additional leave The Role: Recruitment & Onboarding: administration of all aspects of recruitment and onboarding processes for vacancies. HR Operations & compliance: provide HR support and advice across the organisation both in NI & ROI. Maintenance of all employee records. Employee Development & Performance: Assisting line managers in ensuring all probation periods are reviewed in a timely manner, and assisting with coordinating training schedules and materials. Employee Engagement & Relations: Advise of HR & employment law matters. Organise social events and employee engagement activities. Support disciplinary and grievance procedures, ensuring compliance. Monitor and manage employee absenteeism. The Person: 2 years' HR experience CIPD qualified or HR related degree (desirable) Experience in managing employee records Practical experience of supporting discipline and grievance processes Capable of working independently and making sound, informed decisions.
