Job overview
It is an exciting time to join Salisbury Emergency Department as a Band 7; we are in a period of transition with a new senior leadership team in post, and the band 7 paediatric lead position lends a unique opportunity to shape the changes in paediatric emergency care and pathways to feel the tangible differences you can make. A band 7 development program is currently being designed, you will have opportunity and support to train and work alongside the coach house in change management, to broaden your experience.
Salisbury Foundation Trust serves a mostly rural population; we are also a designated Trauma Unit with a track record in handling major incidents successfully which offers a varied and challenging patient workload, and the number of attendances is growing. We currently see approximately 50,000 patients per year.
