Role Responsibilities:
As a Fleet Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Fleet Management: Ensuring vehicles undergo maintenance checks promptly and cost-effectively, working closely with depots, lease companies, and repair garages.
2. Delivery and Defleet Coordination: Organising the delivery and end-of-contract return of hire vehicles, including negotiating end-of-contract charges.
3. Payment Processing: Managing payments through Worldpay, arranging payment plans, or initiating formal debt recovery if needed.
4. Damage Analysis: Reviewing vehicle damage cases to decide on cost waivers or chargebacks and reducing ageing debt through regular analysis.

3. Background in the credit hire or car hire industry.
