Everest People Solutions is seeking a proactive Production Supervisor to join our client’s reputable food processing company based just outside Wrexham. The ideal candidate will lead the production team, ensuring that performance targets are met while maintaining the highest standards in quality, safety, and efficiency. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in the smooth running of the factory, focusing on technical standards, compliance, and people development.

Your Responsibilities Include:
* Complete daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, providing accurate updates on performance data.
* Manage changes or delays in the production plan, ensuring clear communication with management and the engineering team.
* Supervise production staff to maintain efficiency, quality, and compliance with legal safety standards.
* Oversee production processes to maximise efficiency, reduce absenteeism, and manage holiday planning.
* Ensure all Production Control (PC) checks are completed at each stage of the production process.
* Maintain a consistent supply of raw materials to production lines, minimising downtime and ensuring timely order fulfilment.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support ad-hoc projects within the factory.
You Will Need:
* Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven experience supervising or managing teams in a food production environment.
* A solid understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
* Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting skills.
* A demonstrated ability to drive improvements in performance and efficiency.
* Proficiency in data recording and computer systems.
Desirable Skills:
* Health & Safety qualification.
* Experience in food production.
* A relevant Food Hygiene qualification.
