Job Title - Service Planner Division (Weir Minerals) Location - Rochdale Onsite Purpose of Role: Working with a highly knowledgeable team you will schedule engineers to meet our customers on-site needs using tailored software. Liaising with our customers via phone and email. Ensuring the engineers achieve their goals by arranging spares consignments. Prioritising your own work load to gain the most of your day. Key Responsibilities: Support the Service managers in all aspects of administrational aspects of managing the Service team Prepare, submit and follow-up quotations required for service work Using dedicated software, allocate service labour & spare parts ensuring the most effective and appropriate use of resources Liaise with customers, Service Engineers and other relevant parties to ensure that communication regarding the status of service work is maintained, monitor completeness of all reports and ensure the customer will be informed Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture. Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.
