Requisition ID: 67226 Domain: Support Services/Customer Services and Administration Contract type: Permanent Schedule: Part-time Equans is looking for an Administration Support Assistant to join our team in our North East Lincolnshire Partnership in Grimsby on a permanent basis. This is a part time role working 18.75 hours a week, we are flexible on which days and hours are worked, we also offer hybrid working, both will be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate. On offer is a salary up to £11,700, plus benefits package. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Administration supervisor and assist with providing administration support and management of ICT systems and processes, which underpin the delivery of operational services (Highway maintenance, Property maintenance and Security and Civil Enforcement services) What will you deliver? The post holder will be required to work with other teams and colleagues to provide assistance and support with managing work orders, using bespoke systems to input data, purchasing, invoicing, finance monitoring and ensuring scanned documents are saved accordingly. The primary role includes the use of ICT systems and SSoW to support the team with the delivery of operational services, in particular maintenance tasks. What can we offer you? Proven experience in an administrative or business support role Interpersonal and communication skills are essential Proven ICT skills and ability there efficient and effective use within a business environment including knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, databases and using handheld devises Creativity Customer care building and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues, partners and customers.
