Mechanical Supervisor\nWe are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to manage mechanical operations on residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems, project management skills, and the ability to lead a team of technicians to meet project deadlines and quality standards.\nKey Responsibilities:\n * \n Supervise mechanical installations and maintenance for residential and commercial projects.\n * \n Ensure work is completed in compliance with local mechanical codes and regulations.\n * \n Lead, manage, and train a team of mechanical technicians and apprentices on-site.\n * \n Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of mechanical teams, ensuring efficiency and safety.\n * \n Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other contractors to ensure projects run on schedule.\n * \n Review and interpret mechanical blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installation.\n * \n Monitor project costs and resources to ensure budgets are maintained.\n * \n Perform quality control checks and ensure safety standards are upheld.\n * \n Provide technical expertise and problem-solving during the project lifecycle.\nQualifications:\n * \n Relevant mechanical certification or qualifications.\n * \n SSSTS / SMSTS certification.\n * \n Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor in residential and/or commercial projects.\n * \n Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and regulations.\n * \n Experience leading and managing mechanical teams.\n * \n Excellent communication and organizational skills.\n * \n Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.\n * \n Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.\n * \n Previous experience working on high-end or large-scale residential/commercial projects is a plus.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Mechanical Supervisor to take on a key leadership role in a dynamic environment.
