You’ll play a vital role in handling remedial works, resolving queries and complaints, and delivering an exceptionally responsive repair service. By liaising with contractors, suppliers, and colleagues, you’ll make sure our customers receive the best possible care.
With homes built to the highest standard, we need someone who can match that level of excellence with their customer service. While construction or building experience would be a plus, what really matters is your commitment to quality and professionalism.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Leading the customer journey from the moment the property is handed over from construction.

Ensuring all operational and manual documents are collated and ready for buyers.

Identifying and addressing any snags or defects before handovers.

Conducting handovers and guiding clients through the key features of their new home.

Maintaining clear and prompt communication with residents, contractors, and our construction team regarding defect resolution.

Collaborating with third-party suppliers to ensure residents' needs are always met.

Keeping detailed reports and tracking all defects effectively.
*
Carrying out quality checks on completed defect repairs.
*
Building a strong working knowledge of individual buildings and communal systems.

Implementing customer support processes to enhance overall satisfaction.

Traveling between sites, so a full, valid driving license is essential.
