We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Part-Time Office Accounts Administrator to join our team.
Hours: 18 hours per week (flexible between Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage invoicing and ensure timely delivery to clients
* Chase payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
* Place orders and liaise with suppliers for materials and services
* Assist with general office administration tasks as needed
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in an accounts administration role preferred but not essential
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
* Previous experience with XERO advantageous
* Flexible working hours to support work-life balance
