The opportunity Are you ready to lead the charge in retail partnerships and drive impactful projects? The British Heart Foundation (BHF) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Partnerships Executive & Project Lead to join our highly successful Commercial team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in our growth strategy, focusing on developing partnerships across various channels, including universities, local authorities, and more, to source donated stock for our shops, stores, and online channels.
In this role you will:
1. manage and grow a portfolio of existing partnerships, ensuring they are maximised to their full potential
2. develop new business by signing up universities that will yield maximum stock for our areas
3. lead projects from inception to completion, supporting income growth and volunteer engagement
4. analyse data and provide impactful reports to stakeholders, showcasing the sustainability and success of our partnerships
Working arrangements
This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our Edinburgh office. This role will require some travel across Scotland.
At BHF we believe in the power of being together, so our colleagues on blended contracts can expect to spend some time in their office, at least one day each week, on average. The use of our office spaces is driven in part by your role and the activities you need to do. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.
