Protocol Education is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to work in a large, well-established secondary school in South Tyneside. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team on an ongoing basis, helping students achieve their full potential.
The Role:
* Supporting students in the classroom, including those with special educational needs.
* Working closely with teachers to provide tailored learning support.
* Encouraging students to develop confidence and independence in their learning.
* Stepping in as a Cover Supervisor when needed, leading whole classes in the absence of a teacher.

* Graduates (education, psychology, or related fields) looking to gain school experience.
* Experienced individuals who have worked with children or young people, particularly in education or special needs settings.
