Our mission TODD Architects are a client focused, multi award-winning practice and we are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Part 1 & 2 Architectural Assistants to join our team to work on a variety of exciting projects. We are expanding our team due to continued success with several new commissions across a range of sectors across the UK & Ireland. The role is based in Belfast with an opportunity for involvement in projects across many sectors in the UK and Ireland. Key Areas of Responsibility The role will include: Supporting Project Architects to develop designs and design concepts. Developing and presenting design ideas using sketches, drawings, 3d modelling and visualisation skills. Assisting with the preparation of Planning, Building Control and other statutory applications. General project administration. Actively practicing professional self-management, and self-awareness. We design and deliver spaces to live, work. heal and learn. Motivated, enthusiastic, creative and flexible person who can work well in a team and independently. Strong design skills, report writing and presentation skills. Interest in construction and technical design. Basic awareness of Planning and Building Regulations (desirable Basic competency in Revit (desirable) AutoCAD (or equivalent 2d drafting) experience essential Competency in 3d modelling / visualisation. Experience using Adobe software suite including Photoshop and InDesign. Proficiency using Microsoft Office software. Understanding of BIM environment (desirable). A team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Must be eligible to work in Northern Ireland / UK. Why us?
