Musgrave NI, a leading family-owned business in Ireland and Spain, is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Store Supervisor to join our team in Portglenone. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the store, leading colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service, and contributing to the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the store manager to maximize store KPIs and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
* Lead colleagues to adhere to company policies and practices, including Health & Safety and Environmental Health Standards.
* Manage the store in the absence of the Store and Assistant Manager, including key holding.
* Act as an advocate of the company, role modeling our values daily for colleagues.
* Delivery of excellent customer service and maintaining high standards within the store.
* Support with stock take preparation and counting, as well as utilizing action plans to improve stock take results.
* Manage and train colleagues in your team while being hands-on, to ensure that the right people are in the right place, doing the right job to maximize customer satisfaction.
* Occasional people management, including conducting return to work interviews, colleague investigations, and compliance with the Company’s employment policies.
* Support local community and our charity partners.
You may be required to cover the Post Office, cash, deli, or other areas within the store, with appropriate training, as and when required as part of this role.
