We are currently looking for a Senior Finance Administrator to join our Finance team on a 6-month fixed term contract basis, to help identify, investigate, liaise and communicate on historic issues uncovered in the migration to 3E from Elite. Principal duties include: Responsible for designated balance sheet GL reconciliations ensuring timely and accurate GL reconciliations in line with group policies Identification and resolution of outstanding legacy balances across debtors, creditors and bank Preparing and posting journals to reflect the correct account balances and remedy historical differences Proactively working with Financial Operations and Group Financial Control to resolve issues, aged GL items and variances Work with business stakeholders and finance on systems and process improvement initiatives Identify and document best practice to avoid a reoccurrence of issues Provide regular reporting updates, demonstrating progress and highlighting obstacles and next steps Candidates will be p art qualified accountants (or working towards qualification) and have at least three years' experience of working in finance. Strong analytical skills coupled with a good business understanding leading to key business insight Team player and creative problem solver with a can-do attitude Strong people skills, confident and comfortable at engaging collaboratively in an international environment Solid appreciation of core best practice financial accounting standards, policies, processes and systems Previous experience of Elite and 3E Excellent Microsoft skills, coupled with a working knowledge and practical application of packages such as Power BI or similar We offer a hybrid working model of 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office.
