As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Ensuring robust, accurate and timely cost and value reporting
Ensuring accurate cash flow reporting takes place
Carrying out cost management, including forecasting
Updating the monthly CVR, cost and commercial plans
Ensuring effective communication between the commercial and operational site teams
Maintaining positive working relationships with clients
What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful, you will have previously utilised NEC contracts and ideally hold a degree in quantity surveying (or experience equivalent).
