Our NICS client based in Downpatrick, is looking for an Admin Officer to join their team
Main Duties include:
The First Contact Team Member acts as the first point of contact for claimants and is responsible for assisting claimants who need to transact their business face to face. This includes claimant orientation, resolving queries, arranging appointments, undertaking interviews, coaching claimants to become more digitally competent and, where appropriate, inputting new data and change of circumstances updates.
The role is in a front facing office dealing with customers either face to face or telephone and is a full time post from 9am to 5pm
Essential Criteria
5 GCSEs including maths and english (certificate proof required)
- Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to use own initiative.
Wage:
- £12.59ph (weekly)

Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm
