Are you ready to elevate your HR expertise and play a pivotal role in shaping our organisation's future? We are seeking two talented HR Business Partners (total 1.8 WTE) for a 12-month secondment, with consideration for a fixed-term contract in exceptional cases.
This is an exciting opportunity. As an HR Business Partner, you will lead organisational change initiatives, collaborate with senior leaders and managers, and provide expert HR guidance on employee relations, recruitment, workforce planning, and reward. Your role is crucial in aligning our people strategies with organisational needs.
Your daily responsibilities will be dynamic and fast-paced, including leading high-profile HR projects, managing sensitive employee relations cases, and supporting managers through change processes. You will have the autonomy to make decisions on complex issues and influence the HR agenda broadly.
Main duties of the job
Ideal candidates will possess highly developed HR knowledge, preferably as a Chartered Member of CIPD (MCIPD) or equivalent, with a solid understanding of employment law. Adaptability, resilience, and strong relationship-building, communication, and professionalism are essential for success.
