As Group-wide Learning Product Owner, you hold a critical role to influence, shape and deliver OSB's journey to becoming a Skills Based Organisation. The Learning & Skills team plays a pivotal role in delivering OSB Group's priority to be "future-fit" for banking. Please note, this role can be based in either the Wolverhampton or Chatham office and has the benefit of operating within our hybrid-working policy of three days a week in the office and two days from home. What you will be doing: As Group-wide Learning Product Owner, you will be responsible for creating and delivering learning journeys and content for skills or knowledge capabilities required across the whole enterprise, for example regulatory learning and future skills literacy programmes, working with the relevant SMEs within the People Function and across the Group. You will be leading a team of learning specialists, and will be responsible for demonstrating a measurable increase across OSB in the skills and capabilities required to be future fit such as those outlined by the FSSC.
