Key Responsibilities
* Answering and managing inbound customer calls.
* Making outbound calls to customers as needed.
* Resolving customer issues and providing helpful solutions.
* Managing customer bookings and handling queries for cruise clients.
* Responding to customer emails efficiently.
* Upselling products and processing orders in the system.
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure first-contact resolution.
* Handling escalations from colleagues.
* Providing accurate product and service information to customers.
Working Hours
1. Full-time: 37.5 hours per week.
2. Rota-based shifts Monday to Friday between 8 am - 8 pm.
