You're someone who'll be able to: Improve the learning and attainment of students while also promoting their independence, self-esteem and social inclusion. Support students so that they can; access the curriculum, participate in learning and experience a sense of achievement. Provide classroom and phonics support in partnership with teachers. Deliver interventions for groups of children or individuals independently You're someone who has: Motivation and enthusiasm Understanding of pupil's learning needs, including specific SEND needs, in order to support their access to lesson content. The skills to help students to develop independent learning skills. Ability to deliver individual and small group targeted interventions.
