TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a long-established, leading law firm renowned for its excellence in legal practice in the area. The firm are dedicated to providing top-tier legal services and are currently seeking a skilled Conveyancing Legal Secretary to assist in their growing team.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Audio Typing & Document Management: Efficiently audio type, prepare, and amend draft documents to support the conveyancing process.
2. File Management: Open files, send initial letters, and ensure all documentation is accurately prepared and filed.
3. Client Interaction: Provide clients with quotes, assist with queries, and handle telephone calls, ensuring a high standard of service.
4. File Preparation: Prepare completed files for storage in compliance with firm protocols.
5. Client Liaison: Deal with clients both in person and over the phone, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
6. Appointment Management: Make appointments and assist with general client queries to ensure smooth operations.
7. Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaise with the Accounts department to obtain cheques, print-outs, and other necessary documents.
8. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
9. Administrative Support: Perform general filing, photocopying, and other duties as required by fee earners.
10. Reception Support: Provide reception cover during periods of holiday and sickness, ensuring continuous service availability.
