We support children to make and meet friends, connect with their communities, and enjoy new opportunities and experiences. As a Children's Services Worker, you will be responsible for providing support to children, young people, and families by agreeing and directly delivering interventions, with appropriate direction, which enable positive and agreed outcomes to be achieved, in accordance with organisational policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic casual Children Services Workers to join our established and dedicated team at Islington Children's Centre. Managing a case load, record effectively, deliver an intervention, refer and Support families onto other services as required. Contributing to and attending family meetings. Support children and their families in different environments Support children and their families to thrive by delivering different techniques and methods. Tracking children's learning and development and communicate with their parents and carers. Let's talk about you. NVQ Level 2 in Childcare or Equivalent. Experience of working as part of a team or as an individual Experience with child development and planning for individual child's needs. Understand how to engage with young people and their parents/carers. Good understanding of safeguarding. Passion and motivation to support children and families to grow, effectively communicate and develop together. Good to know.
