Your Role As Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of inside sales representatives and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), providing guidance, motivation, and training to help them achieve their sales targets whilst significantly contributing to the wider business revenue goals. Your Responsibilities Train, coach and develop the sales team to achieve the company's sales targets Manage performance metrics and set sales goals for the team Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve performance Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales reps and ensure they are following company policies and procedures Analyze sales data and identify trends to improve sales processes and increase revenue Track and report on sales metrics to senior management Develop and implement sales strategies based on market and customer analysis Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service Attend conferences and industry events to network and generate leads Your Experience Proven experience managing high performing sales teams to consistently meet and exceed ambitious activity and pipeline generation targets A strong understanding of SaaS sales best practices (cadence management, cold-calling, objection handling, etc.) and pipeline building processes Demonstrated humility and empathy for the challenges our prospects face on a daily basis Demonstrated ability to be a Coach: You love teaching your team how to think differently and motivating them to continuously evolve in their sales career Demonstrated ability to be a Numbers Person: You recognize the importance of a quantitative approach to making decisions Demonstrated ability to be a Leader: You strive to elevate your team every day.
