In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £28,639 - Increasing to £32,612 following successful completion of a 6 months probation period. The Recruitment Operations Coordinator: Part of the Operations team, the Recruitment Operations Coordinator is a fulfilling role at Clear Voice. You will drive business growth by actively recruiting and onboarding a robust pool of freelance linguists to support the organisation's aims and ambitions. the role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, vetting, and engaging skilled interpreters and translators to meet the increasing demand for language services. You will be tasked with streamlining and optimising local Clear Voice processes, ensuring compliance with updated requirements and industry best practices If you are accountable and an excellent communicator, have demonstrable experience in building successful relationships and are looking for an exciting role within a social enterprise that is making a difference, we’d love to hear from you Key responsibilities of our Recruitment Operations Coordinator: Participate in the selection and recruitment of a large bank of freelance linguists Through the consistent and high-quality delivery of service, maintain and develop the service's values and reputation in the marketplace. Provide support for On-demand Telephone lines and connect correct language Interpreters according to client requirements. Play a pivotal role with the engagement with our linguist pool through various specific activities Maintain a robust CRM system and database of all linguist who are registered with the service In liaison with the Clear Voice Operations Manager, produce and update promotional materials, linguist information packs and other documents necessary for successful recruitment campaigns Support the team with the day-to-day administrative needs of a busy department. Handling of day to day queries from linguists through different channels of communication including social media platforms.
