Hours: 9.30 – 5:30pm Monday to Friday or 8.30 – 4.30
Our client is within the commercial supply industry and is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join their growing team.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Review and complete new hire and sales order/contract data in the contract management system, ensuring accuracy.
* Send all hire and sales contracts and documentation to customers.
* Obtain and assess quotes from suppliers for sub-contracted jobs.
* Set up agreed sub-contracted jobs in the contract management system.
* Deal with incoming contract administration emails and phone calls from both customers and suppliers.
Some administrative experience is required, but full training will be provided.
You will need to be a car driver due to the location, but free parking is provided.
