Job Title: School Administrator - Full Time
Location: North East England, County Durham, Hartlepool
Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours

Salary: £85 - £100 Per day
Job Duties:
- Managing school administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping
- Coordinating school events, meetings, and appointments
- Communicating with staff, students, and parents via phone, email, and in person
- Assisting in the preparation of school reports and documents
- Handling student enrolment, attendance records, and other student-related paperwork
- Supporting the school leadership team with administrative tasks as required
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Education:
- Minimum of GCSEs including English and Maths
- Relevant administrative qualifications desirable
Experience:
- Previous experience in a school or educational setting preferred
- Experience with school databases and systems advantageous
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of school administrative procedures and protocols
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Business Administration
- Additional qualifications in education or related field
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role within a school environment
- Full-time hours, temporary position
- Potential for occasional evening or weekend work during school events
- Interaction with staff, students, and parents on a daily basis
