Salary: £42,000-£45,000 DOE + 5% annual bonus + £3,000 car allowance

The Clinical Lead - RNA is a pivotal role within our Complex Community Care division, dedicated to upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence. This position ensures that clinical practices align with both organisational and national guidelines for complex care clients in a community setting.
Key responsibilities include identifying and managing risks associated with client care, and implementing necessary precautions to safeguard the welfare and safety of staff and clients. The role also involves enforcing all relevant health, safety, security, and risk policies.

Every day you will...
* Be the allocated nurse for clients, observing behaviours, applying positive behaviour support techniques and identifying a care plan which is unique to the client with the end aim of improving behaviour and minimising behaviour that challenges
* Conduct regular supervisions and annual appraisals
* Offer guidance and support from a clinical perspective to care givers and ensure that the right restraint techniques are being used and the care plan is being adhered to
* Complete daily records including incident and accident recording and adhere to confidentiality policies handling information appropriately, undertake investigations for incidents or complaints

In this role you must...
* Have a NMC registration at band 6 equivalent
* Nursing Qualification with extensive post registration experience
* Be resilient with the ability to work on your own and to have excellent time management skills in order to manage your own case load
* Have a drivers license with access to a vehicle
