Job Description
The Office Manager / Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a welcoming and professional experience. This role combines administrative support with office management duties, ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment, while handling day-to-day tasks related to scheduling, communication, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Greet visitors, answer calls, and manage inquiries, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.
2. Handle office organization, including managing supplies, equipment, and cleanliness.
3. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal events for executives and teams.
4. Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
5. Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic financial tracking, as well as maintaining effective communication across departments.
Qualifications
1. Experience
o Previous experience in an office management or receptionist role.
o Strong organizational and time-management skills.
o Excellent communication and customer service skills.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
o Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment with a positive attitude.
2. Personal Attributes
o Friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
o Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
o Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
3. Education
o High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree or certification in business administration or a related field is a plus.
