We are currently recruiting for an Executive Officer for our client based in Belfast
Start date: ASAP
Rate of pay: £14.50
Duration: 3 months
Location: Adelaide House, Adelaide Street, Belfast (currently hybrid working 3 days in office/2 days homeworking)
Hours of work : Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
Providing timely and appropriate advice to business areas on the use of the departmental records system (Content Manager) and its File Plan.
Using the departmental management system (TOMS)and MS Excel for generating, analysing and sharing reports in relation to hard copy official registered files.
Contributing to the drafting, and promoting compliance with, records management policies and procedures.
Attending and contributing to branch meetings.
Generating, processing, and issuing reports in relation to administration, quality assurance and retention & disposal.
Supporting the Annual Sensitivity Review process.
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
* 5 GCSE's at grade C and above including Maths and English & 2 A Levels
* Proof will be required at the first stage of registration. Without this we cannot take your application forward.
* Must complete an Access NI security clearance
