Job Title: Experienced Office Manager
Location: 3 Firth Road, Houston Industrial Estate, Livingston, EH54 5DJ
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: £30,000 per annum

Job Summary:
The successful candidate will take full control over the running of our administrative operations, HR functions, finance, and telephony services. You will be the linchpin ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while implementing innovative solutions that enhance overall efficiency. Key Responsibilities
HR Management:
* Oversee and maintain accurate employee records and files
* Manage new employee induction processes
Administrative Oversight:
* Handle all incoming calls and ensure professional communication and enquiries answered to a high standard
* Oversee day-to-day administration, including telephony and finance operations
* Coordinate meeting room bookings and manage diary schedules
Operational Excellence:
* Utilize Big Change job management software, Microsoft Outlook, and other Microsoft programmes to streamline processes
* Ensure a high level of customer service, actively promoting up-selling opportunities to enhance our customer base
Leadership & Change Management:
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage change effectively within the office environment
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Extensive experience in office management within a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrable expertise in HR processes, including attendance management, disciplinary, managing employee files and induction
* Proficiency with Big Change job management software, Microsoft Outlook, and the full suite of Microsoft Office applications
* Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, adaptable approach with a keen eye for process improvement and operational efficiency
