Reed Business Support are delighted to be partnering with a reputable company based in Doncaster, is seeking a dedicated and organised Administrative Assistant to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Monitoring the admin inbox and filing emails into project files – order confirmations and delivery notes – dealing with enquiries or passing onto the relevant person Plant hire – speaking to suppliers and ordering plant and equipment then liaising with site to arrange delivery Working closely with finance to manage hire period and cost for machinery Managing fleet of 10 vehicles – booking in MOT, overseeing general maintenance and repairs Keeping up to date with training records and e-learning and monitoring and updating the spreadsheets Matching and inputting data related to ordering – PO, order confirmations and delivery notes Person Specification Numerical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits: £24k-£25k salary Free parking
