We are Printed.com, one of the largest and fastest growing on-line print shops in the UK. We are filled to the brim with a passionate team who are mad about printing, designing, building and growing the business. In the office you’ll find that we are forward-thinking, with a mission to be creative, innovative and to help our customers.
With an ambitious roadmap for the year ahead, we’re growing the team and looking for a junior to join within our thriving, award-winning Marketing and Product department. The Product Executive will work under the guidance of the Head of Product and action supportive tasks where delegated, all centred around maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our online portfolio of products.
Daily tasks of this nature would include, but not limited to, updating the product information on our website though our custom-built CMS, monitoring sales trends and activities and reporting back to Senior Management, or communicating any product-related issues with Production and Customer Services accordingly.
This role is also a supportive function in the development of the product strategy, assisting the team to identify product improvements or enhancements to existing products and services, as well as making recommendations on new products, through keeping a close eye on competitor activity, reviewing trade press and attending tradeshows and exhibitions. Understanding sales activities, our different types of customers and their adoption of our products will be something you’ll learn on the job.
The Ideal Candidate:
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with various stakeholders and thrives in a never-dull environment. While prior experience in an eCommerce or product-related role is a plus, this is an entry-level position where full training will be provided.
If you’re detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to start or grow your career in product management within an innovative and supportive team, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Candidates must be able to work from our Cramlington site at least 2 days per week.
