Marketing & Communications Manager
Location - Ross on Wye (hybrid working after initial period)
Salary - £30,000 - £44,976 (dep on exp)

As a Marketing & Communications Manager (for Building Solutions division), you will be at the forefront of driving the marketing strategy and execution. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing campaigns that align with corporate goals and elevate the division's presence.
Some key duties responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
* Understanding the marketing needs for the Building Solutions division.
* Planning and executing marketing campaigns with clear KPIs and monitoring.
* Collaborating on media strategy with senior stakeholders
* Coordinating the creation of marketing materials aligned with global campaigns.
* Managing email, content management, website, and social media strategies.
* Organising and delivering external events and trade shows.
* Providing trade-marketing support for division customers.
* Contributing to the public relations strategy.
* Leading market research efforts and applying insights to shape marketing strategies.
* Working closely with sales teams to align efforts and drive results.
* Managing marketing spend and ensuring activities stay within the allocated budget.
Skills and Experience required:
* Strong experience in a similar B2B marketing role (construction / industrial / manufacturing sectors preferred).
* Strong influencing and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
* Ability to think strategically while taking a hands-on approach.
* Experience in managing and liaising with external agencies
* Marketing qualification (or equivalent)
